This interface descsribes the methods neccessary to implement a handler.

Class Summary

BaseHandler	This class is an implementation of the Handler interface.
FilterHandler	This class is used to filter html pages.
GZIPHandler	This class is used to gzip streams.
ImageHandler	This class filters images to low quality jpegs.
MultiPartHandler	This class handles multipart responses, this handler does not filter the resource.
